Account and secure guest identity, predictions, scores, contest memberships, favourites, device notification tokens, supporter entitlement and consent choices may be processed. Raw sports-data payloads are not added to user profiles.

A prediction remains visible only to its owner until its event locks. After lock it may be revealed only to authorised members of the relevant contest. External sharing happens only when the user chooses to share a result card.

You can change notification, advertising, analytics and motion choices in Settings. Signed-in users can request an export and account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correction, restriction, objection and portability.

Free users may see Google AdSense ads or clearly labelled direct sponsorships in the browser. Google may use cookies and device data according to your consent choices and its policies. The native app uses Google AdMob instead; AdSense is never loaded inside the native shell. Optional Ispatla product and campaign analytics loads only after you enable analytics. You can reopen Google consent choices from Privacy and cookie settings. Supporter users do not receive standard ads.

Game records are retained while the account is active and while integrity or dispute needs continue; after deletion only limited records required for legal or security purposes remain. Hosting, authentication, sports data, notification and payment services receive only what is necessary for their role.

Before store submission, the operator legal name, address, privacy contact, final retention periods, production service partners and international transfer safeguards must be finalised through legal review.
