Ispatla is a skill-based entertainment game. It does not offer betting, cash prizes or purchasable competitive advantages.

Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 16 to use Ispatla and accept these terms, the Privacy Notice and Community Rules. A higher local age threshold applies where required.
How the game works
Server time and the stored event start time are authoritative. Each pick locks at its own event start. Official result corrections may regrade points, XP and rankings. Cancelled or invalid results are void under the applicable rule.
Fair play
Abusing multiple accounts, automating picks, exploiting vulnerabilities, harassment or manipulating rankings is prohibited. Suspicious activity may be restricted and reviewed to protect game integrity.
Supporter and purchases
Supporter access may remove ads and unlock cosmetics; it never changes scoring or grants a competitive advantage. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are shown at purchase and governed by the relevant store terms.
Content and intellectual property
Team and league marks belong to their respective owners. The Ispatla brand, interface and original content may not be copied without permission. You must hold the rights to text you share and grant a limited licence needed to operate the service.
Changes and responsibility
Fixtures, live scores and results can be delayed or corrected; Ispatla should not be the sole source for critical decisions. Material term changes will be notified before they take effect. Final operator and dispute provisions must be added through pre-launch legal review.
